Practical Geometry

In geometry we need to construct certain geometrical figures. We can draw these types of figures using various tools. These tools are tools which are commonly present in a compass box. For example, a compass, set squares, divider, ruler and a pencil.

This above picture is that of a protractor. A protractor has a straight angle. A protractor is used to measure angles in figures.

A circle can be easily constructed by using a compass. First, we need to open the compass and measure the radius of a scale. The we need to put the compass on the center point and then drawing the circle with the required radius.
